The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, including each subsystem, we only provide bounded trait warranty except stated differently. Errors by reason of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our responsibility. For this reason aforementioned will not be covered by our warranty. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Upon request, quotations are promptly available.Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to obtain. The concealed service plan includes everyday cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as standard decrement replacement at a minimum cost.
