The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give confined characteristic guarantee on the whole machine, along with any subsystem except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable equipment errors are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our constraint. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Upon inquiry, quotations are gladly available.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. Standard wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, checking and arrangement as well as standard cleaning are covered in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, elseways your service guarantee will be null and meaningless. This is to say, you must get your machine improved in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Every time a service is supplied at your place by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested except when the call-out is included by any of the above plans or arranged by the managers. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement including travel costs to your property, in addition to the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. The plans for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are preferred to be carried out by you. The prevailing rate is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our premises and your premises, should you choose for us to go to you.Without notice, those costs may change extent by extent, accordingly kindly enquire about call out and travel costs beforehandIf you just would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction or would like to know if the machinery is set to operate optimally, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. Bookings have to be made for adjustments or hard labour function to be completed at your/our earliest availability as no repairs or any such labour actions will be done during servicing visits.Principal and/or comprehensive training courses are supplied at our premises for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been achieved although first fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your machinery purchase.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a different barcode. Review thus you will evermore be able to,in any way and at any time, check the machines guarantee info and servicing history on our site or offline. We honour our machines guarantee and maintenance by using the barcode. This insures your maximal advantage on both the servicing and resell of your machines.
