Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we recommend that your machinery is improved once every three months, you should get your machine fixed within every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out points to to each and every time instant a specialist provides a service at your place.
