The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted feature warranty on the entire machinery, including any subsystem lest stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable material defects are covered by the quality warranty. We cannot be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your component. Thus aforesaid shall not be covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are immediately available.Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to buy. The covered service plan includes standard cleaning, reviewing and adjustment, as well as general wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be worthless and void if you do not service your machine within the recommended service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, you must get your machinery serviced in every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Every time a service is provided at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except for when accepted by managers or concealed by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement including travel costs to your establishment, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if required. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be made by you. Thus your machinery's assurance data and maintenance history will always be able to be reviewed in any way and at any term on our database or while logged off. Our machinery's guarantee and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your maximum benefit on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
The quotation above relates to our brand new model, including as such the highlights, specs and attachments are applicative thereto. Our Sales clerks can be contacted relating to any inquiries of the age model recited. Based on minor performance or lesser design, you will be titled to pocket a 5% remission on previous models, in which case we don't have the advanced model obtainable.
