The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted attribute warranty on the whole machinery, and any subsystem except stated any other way. Defects by cause of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our responsibility. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforesaid. Naturally, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon request, quotations are promptly vacant.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Reviewing and positioning, basic cleaning , as well as common ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost are concealed within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, it is required that your machine(s) is serviced within the equivalent of double that period elseways your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable. When a service is provided at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Transport costs to your premises including settlement if crucial, are on your account, along with the call-out charge. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be made by you.
