The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted quality warranty on the whole machinery, including any subsystem lest stated any other way. Weaknesses as a result of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We are not accountable for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. For this reason aforestated would not be covered by our guarantee. Certainly, damages that aren't covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are readily available.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be requiring a regular service. Common depletion replacement at a minimum cost, investigation and arrangement as well as standard cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and meaningless should you not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, you should get your machine serviced in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is improved once every three months or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a specialist provides a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested except when the call-out is included by each of the above plans or confirmed by the managers. At the instant of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Coupled with the call-out charge, travel costs to your property as well as settlement if required, are on your account. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be carried out by you. You will therefore always be able to review the machine's warranty info and assistance history on our site or while disconnected - in any way and at any term.
