The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained feature warranty on the entire machinery, including each subsystem except stated elseways. Defects by cause of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our fault. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Damages can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be demanding a routine service. Reviewing and positioning, general cleaning , as well as general wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost are covered in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless should you not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, you must get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each point a technician offers a service at your premises. Except when the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or confirmed by the managers, a call-out cost will be required. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accommodation including touring costs to your premises, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial. We choose that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back. If you would wish for us to go to you, the existing percentage is R 9.95/km amplified by the driving distance between our place including your property.Generously inquire about call out and transport costs in advance as those costs may differ time by time without notice.Whether you would like to know whether the appliance is set to work optimally, or you just would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. No fees will be implemented for the experts we provide. Bookings must be made for improvements or hard labour work to be carried out at your/our earliest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be practised during maintenance visits.We provide fundamental and/or extensive training courses via our premises for all machines we sell. More improved training can be bought after the primary course has been passed although first principal entry courses is included in your machinery purchase.With all our mainline of machines a unique barcode is sold. Analyze accordingly you will evermore be able to,in any style and at any instant, review the machinery's guarantee data and service history on our website or offline. Our machines warranty and service are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your supreme benefit on both the reselling and service of your machines.
The above quotation involves our brand new model, therefore the climax, specs and attachments are applicable thereto.
