The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited attribute guarantee on the whole machinery, including any subsystem unless stated otherwise. Defects due to faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We would not be held accountable for misuse or general wear and tear of your machinery. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are immediately vacant.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. Common ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and calibration as well as basic cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective. Meaning that within which case we preferred that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, it is required that you get your machinery improved in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out refers to each extent a specialist provides a service at your property. Except when the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above named plans or confirmed by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the instant of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Settlement as well as touring costs to your property, accompanying the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary.
