The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined characteristic warranty on the whole machinery, along with each subsystem lest stated elseways. When a service is supplied at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or arranged by the the company, a call-out cost will be charged. At the instant of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Touring costs to your property and settlement if essential, are on your account, along with the call-out charge.
