Quality Warranty: For the whole machinery, and any subsystem, we only offer bounded characteristic guarantee except stated any other way. Weaknesses by reason of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We would not be held at fault for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your equipment. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Definitely, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimal cost. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to obtain compels a regular service. Investigation and positioning, general cleaning , as well as standard depletion restoration at a minimal cost are enclosed in the service plan. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a specialist provides a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged except when the call-out is concealed by any of the above named plans or arranged by the the company. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Settlement and transport costs to your property, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if required. The experts required arrangements to be carried out to get picked up as well as sent back, are chosen to be made by you. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your contentment or would like to know if the appliance is adjusted to function optically, our maintenance plan is here for you. There is no fees for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our experts if an different or additional servicing or spare replacement is needed or if everything is in order. Regretfully, no reconstruction or intense labour work will be carried out during a maintenance visit, but a booking should made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our warehouse offers fundamental and/or extensive training courses for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is included in your machine purchase, however more advanced training can be bought after the basic course has been accomplished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
