The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded feature guarantee on each subsystem unless stated elseways, and on the entire machine. Errors by reason of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Of course, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be readily vacant upon appeal.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The concealed service plan encloses standard cleaning, investigation and arrangement, as well as common depletion restoration at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be null and not viable if you do not service your machine within the preferred service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say that within which case we choose that your machinery is rectified once every three months, it is required that you get your machinery serviced in every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Anytime a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged lest the call-out is enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the the company. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Settlement and travel costs to your premises, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if required. The specialists necessary adjustments to be made to get picked up including sent back, are suggested to be carried out by you.
