The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited characteristic warranty on the whole machinery, and each subsystem except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable equipment errors are covered by the quality warranty. We are not responsible for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Therefore aforesaid shall not be covered by our guarantee. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon demand.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. Standard decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost, reviewing and calibration as well as general cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery within the chosen service period, it is required that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless.
