Quality Warranty: For the whole machinery, along with each subsystem, we only offer limited feature warranty unless stated otherwise. Weaknesses by cause of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We are not responsible for general wear and tear or misuse of your product. Accordingly aforesaid will not be covered by our warranty. Definitely, damages that aren't covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Service Plan: The machinery you are going to obtain compels a regular service. The covered service plan encloses everyday cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as basic wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a technician offers a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you only want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility or would like to know if the appliance is fitted to function optimally, our service plan is suited for you. We will not require any cost for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to point out whether everything is normal or whether an alternative or further maintenance or service parts restoration is needed. Bookings should be made for improvements or intense labour operate to be carried out at your/our quickest availability as no adjustments or any such labour services will be practised during servicing visits. When obtaining your machine, first fundamental entry courses is combined in your purchase, although more improved training can be purchased after the principal course has been achieved. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
