The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, along with each subsystem, we only offer restricted characteristic guarantee if not stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including unfit equipment defects are covered by the feature warranty. We would not be held at fault for misuse or general wear and tear of your product. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be gladly available upon inquiry.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be needing a routine service. The included service plan contains general cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as general wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. It is required that your machine(s) is serviced within the equivalent of dual that period, should you not service your machinery within the suggested service period, or else your service guarantee will be null and ineffective. This is to say, you have to get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
Anytime a technician provides a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is covered by each of the above named plans or approved by the managers. At the point of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises including accommodation if crucial, are on your account.
