The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded feature warranty on the whole machine, and any subsystem if not stated otherwise. Weaknesses as a result of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We would not be held accountable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your component. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforestated. Deterioration can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are promptly available on inquiry.The machinery you are going to buy needs a routine service. Checking and adjustment, general cleaning , as well as standard wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost are included in the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and void if you do not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning that in which case we suggested that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, it is required that you get your machinery improved within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to any point a technician supplies a service at your place. A call-out cost will be required lest the call-out is concealed by any of the above plans or approved by the management. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your property including accommodation if essential, are on your account. More promoted training can be purchased after the basic course has been accomplished although first fundamental entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. For this reason your machinery's warranty report and servicing history will constantly be able to be analyzed in any way and at any moment on our webpage or while disconnected.
