Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give limited quality guarantee on the whole machinery, and any subsystem lest stated elseways. Defects by reason of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We aren't liable for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. For this reason aforementioned shall not be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are gladly vacant.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a routine service. Common wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, analyzing and positioning as well as basic cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, you should get your machinery improved within every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every three months or your guarantee will not be valid.

Analyze accordingly you will evermore be able to,in any manner and at any time, analyze the machinery's assurance report and assistance history on our database or offline. Our machines warranty and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This ensures your ultimate advantage on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
