The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted feature warranty on any subsystem except stated elseways, including on the whole machinery. The characteristic warranty covers defects as a result of defective materials or poor craftsmanship We would not be held responsible for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your machinery. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Definitely, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are gladly available on inquiry.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. The enclosed service plan consists of basic cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as standard wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. It is necessary that your machine(s) is rectified within the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, elseways your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. This is to say, you must get your machine fixed in every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.
Every time a specialist provides a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested except when the call-out is concealed by each of the above mentioned plans or approved by the the company. At the point of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accompanying the call-out cost, touring costs to your place and accommodation if essential, are on your account. We recommend that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. If you would choose for us to go to you, the ongoing rate is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our workshop including your property.Without notice, those charges may differ instant by time, consequently kindly enquire about call out as well as travel costs ahead of timeIf you just would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility or want to find out if the appliance is fitted to operate optically, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. We will not charge any fees for the experts we provide. Bookings must be made for reconstruction or intense labour function to be practised at your/our earliest convenience as no reconstruction or any such labour actions will be carried out during servicing visits.Our training centre offers basic and/or full training courses for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be obtained after the basic course has been completed but first fundamental entry courses is included in your machine investment.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. For this reason your machines assurance data and assistance history will regularly be able to be checked in any way and at any term on our database or while disconnected. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's assurance and servicing. This insures your maximal comfort on both the selling and assistance of your machines.
