The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, and any subsystem, we only offer constrained trait warranty unless stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit components defects are covered by the quality warranty. We shall not be held accountable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machine. For this reason aforesaid will not be covered by our guarantee. Often damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon demand.Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to buy. The included service plan consists of common cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as common depletion replacement at a minimum cost. It is crucial that your machinery is serviced in the equal of double that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, or else your service warranty will be null and not viable.
