Service Plan: The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a routine service. The enclosed service plan contains everyday cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as everyday decrement replacement at a minimal cost. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out points to to each point a technician supplies a service at your establishment. A call-out cost will be charged except when the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or approved by the managers. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out fee, travel costs to your place and settlement if essential, are on your account. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you only want our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind or want to find out if the machinery is adjusted to function optically, our maintenance plan is here for you. There is no cost for the technician we provide. Our technician will be able to advise whether everything is in order or whether an back-up or further maintenance or spare parts replacement is needed. Bookings have to be made for reconstruction or excessive labour operate to be done at your/our earliest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be carried out during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Training Course: We offer fundamental and/or full training courses via our training facility for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is comprehended in your machine investment, although more promoted training can be bought after the basic course has been achieved.
