Quality Warranty: We offer confined characteristic warranty on the entire machinery, and each subsystem except stated elseways. Service Plan: Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Everyday wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, analyzing and calibration as well as general cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a technician offers a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. Except when arranged by the company or covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Accompanying the call-out charge, travel costs to your property including accommodation if required, are on your account. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is perfect for you if you just would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction, or if you would like to find out if the machinery is fitted to function optically. No costs will apply for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to advise whether everything is in order or if an different or other service or service parts replacement is needed. Reservations must be made for reconstruction or excessive labour operate to be completed at your/our quickest availability as no adjustments or any such labour services will be done during maintenance visits.
