Quality Warranty: We offer restricted feature guarantee on the entire machine, and each subsystem unless stated any other way. Defects by reason of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not liable for common wear and tear or misuse of your machine. For this reason aforesaid will not be covered by our warranty. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Upon request, quotations are readily vacant.

Service Plan: The machinery which you are going to buy, will be demanding a regular service. Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a service is supplied at your establishment by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required unless the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above plans or per-approved by the managers. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays. costs to your property as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out cost. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your contentment or would like to know if the machinery is set to operate optically, our service plan is suited for you. No fees will be assigned for the specialist we provide. Our experts will be able to supply you with information on if an different or additional servicing or spare replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Regrettably, no repairs or hard labour operate will be done during a preservation visit, but a booking should made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest availability.
