The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, as well as each subsystem, we only supply bounded feature warranty unless stated otherwise. Errors due to defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We are not at fault for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your component. Thus aforesaid will not be covered by our warranty. Naturally, damages that are not covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are promptly available.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a regular service. Checking and positioning, general cleaning , as well as basic ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of double that period or else your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective. Meaning, you have to get your machine serviced in every six month period, if we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be legit.
Every time a technician provides a service at your property, it points to to a call-out. Except when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Travel costs to your property including accommodation if crucial, are on your account, along with the call-out charge. The adjustments for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be carried out by you.
