The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, along with any subsystem, we only provide restricted quality warranty unless stated any other way. Errors by reason of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We shall not be held responsible for misuse or general wear and tear of your machinery. Aforementioned is thus not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. The enclosed service plan includes common cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as everyday depletion restoration at a minimal cost. Should you not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, it is required that your machinery is serviced within the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective. Meaning that within which case we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, it is vital that you get your machine serviced in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
Whenever a service is offered at your premises by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless approved by managers or covered by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Coupled with the call-out charge, traveling costs to your place including accommodation if necessary, are on your account. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be made by you.
