The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, along with any subsystem, we only supply limited quality warranty except stated elseways. Defects due to defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We are not at fault for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. Aforestated is thus not covered by our warranty. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly vacant on appeal.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a routine service. Analyzing and arrangement, general cleaning , as well as common wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective should you not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, if we recommend that your machine is serviced once every three months, you have to get your machine fixed in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
When a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above named plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be required. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.In addition to the call-out fee, transport costs to your premises and settlement if necessary, are on your account. We choose that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. If you would choose for us to come to you, the current amount is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the traveling distance between our premises as well as your property.Generously inquire about call out including transport costs in advance as those charges may change instant by point without notice.Whether you would like to know whether the machinery is fitted to operate optimally, or you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, our servicing plan is suited for you. There is no fees for the experts we supply. You will be advised by our experts whether an alternative or further assistance or spare parts reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. Unfortunately, no improvements or excessive labour function will be carried out during a maintenance visit, but a booking should made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience.Basic and/or full training courses are supplied via our warehouse for all machines we sell. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase, but more advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been finished.A unique barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. Accordingly your machinery's warranty info and servicing history will regularly be able to be checked in any way and at any moment on our webpage or offline. We honour our machines assurance and maintenance by using the barcode. This insures your ultimate comfort on both the reselling and service of your machines.
The above quotation is in regarding to our brand new model, therefore the highlights, specifications and accessories are applicable thereto. Our sales representatives can be called relating to any information of the period model cited. In the case that we don't have the advanced model available, you shall be titled to receive up to 5% allowance on the former model, depending on insignificant performance or lesser composition.
