For the whole machinery, including each subsystem, we only supply bounded characteristic warranty except stated any other way. Shortages by cause of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We are not responsible for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. The covered service plan contains everyday cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as common wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost. Should you not service your machinery within the preferred service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service warranty will be null and ineffective. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every three months, you must get your machine serviced within every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Whenever a service is supplied at your place by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Lest per-approved by management or covered by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be charged.
