This machine is not designed to cut or engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty. Quality Warranty: We give restricted attribute guarantee on each subsystem except stated otherwise, including on the entire machine. Errors due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We shall not be held liable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your machine. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our warranty. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are readily vacant on request.

The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machinery you are going to obtain compels a regular service. The concealed service plan includes basic cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as everyday depletion replacement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be invalid and ineffective if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of twice that period. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a service is offered at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required lest the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the the company. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation as well as travel costs to your property, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if essential. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you just would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your contentment or would like to find out if the appliance is set to function optimally, our service plan is suited for you. No costs will be implemented for the specialist we provide. You will be advised by our experts whether an different or further service or spares reinstatement is needed or whether everything is normal. Reservations should be made for repairs or intense labour function to be done at your/our quickest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be practised during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Basic and/or overall training courses are held at our warehouse for all machinery we sell. More promoted training can be purchased after the primary course has been passed however first fundamental entry courses is included in your machinery investment. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.

You will therefore always be able to analyze the machinery's assurance data and servicing history on our database or while logged off - in any way and at any moment.
