Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, along with each subsystem, we only provide bounded trait warranty if not stated any other way. Shortages by reason of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We aren't responsible for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement and transport costs to your establishment, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be done by you.
