The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machinery, along with any subsystem, we only supply constrained characteristic guarantee if not stated any other way. Shortages by reason of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We will not be held liable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Checking and arrangement, common cleaning , as well as general decrement replacement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. Meaning, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you should get your machine fixed within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out points to to each and every time instant a technician provides a service at your premises. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out fee, transport costs to your place as well as settlement if required, are on your account. The plans for the technician to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be done by you.
