Quality Warranty: We give limited trait warranty on each subsystem except stated otherwise, and on the whole machinery. Weaknesses by reason of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We aren't liable for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your product. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforementioned. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are immediately available on appeal.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be demanding a routine service. The enclosed service plan includes common cleaning, reviewing and arrangement, as well as everyday ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost. Call-out Service & Fee: When a service is supplied at your premises by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Except for when confirmed by management or covered by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement as well as travel costs to your property, coupled with the call-out cost, are on your account if required. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is perfect for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, or if you want to find out if the machinery is set to work optically. No fees will be assigned for the specialist we supply. You will be advised by our specialist whether an alternative or further assistance or spare parts restoration is needed or if everything is normal. During maintenance visits no reconstruction or intense labour work will be done and reservations can be made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Basic and/or full training courses are supplied via our warehouse for all machinery we sell. When buying your machine, first principal entry courses is included in your purchase, although more promoted training can be purchased after the principal course has been completed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.

Therefore your machinery's assurance information and assistance history will constantly be able to be reviewed in any way and at any time on our database or while logged off.
