The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.

We provide restricted feature warranty on each subsystem except stated otherwise, including on the whole machine. Weaknesses by cause of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our fault. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforementioned. Naturally, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon request.
Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Investigation and calibration, everyday cleaning , as well as common decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost are included within the service plan. It is necessary that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, or else your service guarantee will be null and not viable. This is to say, you have to get your machine improved in every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a service is provided at your premises by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the managers, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, one specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation and touring costs to your property, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. The technicians necessary arrangements to be done to get picked up and sent back, are preferred to be made by you. Primary and/or overall training courses are provided through our training facility for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be bought after the primary course has been achieved however first primary entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment.
All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. You will thus always be able to check the machinery's guarantee information and service history on our database or while logged off - in any way and at any time. By using the barcode we value our machines warranty and servicing. This insures your supreme benefit on both the servicing and resell of your machinery's.
