Quality Warranty: For the entire machinery, along with each subsystem, we only supply limited attribute guarantee except stated any other way. Errors as a result of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. General wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our responsibility. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our warranty. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are promptly available on request.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a regular service. The covered service plan contains standard cleaning, investigation and calibration, as well as general decrement replacement at a minimum cost. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a technician offers a service at your property, it points to to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is concealed by any of the above named plans or per-approved by the the company. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Transport costs to your establishment including settlement if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind or want to know if the appliance is set to work optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. We will not require any cost for the specialist we provide. You will be advised by our experts whether an different or additional servicing or spare parts restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. Reservations must be made for repairs or intense labour operate to be practised at your/our quickest convenience as no improvements or any such labour actions will be carried out during maintenance visits. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines.
