The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply bounded characteristic guarantee on the entire machinery, as well as any subsystem if not stated elseways. Weaknesses due to unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We will not be held accountable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforementioned. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are readily accessible.The machinery you are going to buy needs a regular service. General decrement restoration at a minimum cost, checking and arrangement as well as general cleaning are included in the service plan. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Transport costs to your place as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge. The preparations for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be made by you. R 9.95/km is the current amount multiplied by the traveling distance between your property and our premises, should you prefer for us to go to you.Without notice, those fees may vary time by instant, as a result kindly enquire about call out and transport costs beforehandIf you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your contentment or want to know if the machine is adjusted to work optimally, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. You will for this reason evermore be able to check the machine's assurance information and service history on our website or while logged off - in any manner and at any instant. We value our machines warranty and assistance by using the barcode. This insures your supreme benefit on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
The above quotation involves our brand new model, therefore the climax, specs and attachments are applicable thereto. Generously enquire from our sales clerk as to the year model recited.
