The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer restricted quality warranty on the whole machinery, as well as each subsystem except stated otherwise. Errors by reason of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We will not be held liable for misuse or general wear and tear of your equipment. For this reason aforementioned cannot be covered by our guarantee. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are immediately available on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a regular service. General wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost, analyzing and arrangement as well as standard cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning that in which case we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, it is compulsory that you get your machine improved within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Anytime a service is supplied at your place by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged except when the call-out is included by any of the above plans or accepted by the management. One specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Settlement and traveling costs to your property, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. The current amount is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our place including your establishment, should you desire for us to travel to you.Without notice, those charges may change time by time, as a result beneficially analyze about call out including transport costs ahead of timeIf you only would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind or want to know if the machinery is set to work optically, our maintenance plan is perfect for you.
