The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply bounded trait warranty on each subsystem if not stated elseways, including on the entire machinery. Weaknesses by reason of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We are not accountable for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. The included service plan includes everyday cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as basic ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost. Whenever a technician provides a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Along with the call-out cost, traveling costs to your premises and settlement if necessary, are on your account. First principal entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase, but more improved training can be bought after the fundamental course has been completed.A particular barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. Thus your machinery's guarantee info and maintenance history will evermore be able to be analyzed in any manner and at any instant on our database or while disconnected.
