The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer bounded feature warranty on each subsystem except stated differently, including on the whole machinery. Shortages by cause of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not liable for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Therefore aforestated would not be covered by our guarantee. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be readily vacant upon inquiry.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Reviewing and calibration, general cleaning , as well as everyday wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost are concealed in the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the preferred service period, it is required that your machinery is improved in the equivalent of double that period or else your service guarantee will be null and not viable.
