The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machinery, along with each subsystem, we only supply limited attribute guarantee lest stated otherwise. Defects by reason of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our fault. Thus aforesaid will not be covered by our guarantee. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly available on demand.The machine(s) you are going to obtain requires a routine service. Basic ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost, analyzing and arrangement as well as everyday cleaning are included within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and void should you not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not fixed within the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, if we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, you have to get your machine fixed in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to each time a technician provides a service at your establishment. Except for when accepted by management or covered by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out cost, traveling costs to your place including settlement if necessary, are on your account. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back.
