This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.

Poor craftsmanship and unreliable components errors are covered by the feature guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our constraint. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforesaid. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Upon demand, quotations are gladly available.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be forcing a regular service. Basic ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost, investigation and positioning as well as basic cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and ineffective if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not serviced in the equal of twice that period. You will for this reason always be able to check the machine's warranty information and assistance history on our website or while logged off - in any form and at any time. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's guarantee and service. This ensures your maximal convenience on both the selling and service of your machines.
