The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machine, and each subsystem, we only offer confined feature warranty unless stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable equipment errors are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our fault. For this reason aforestated cannot be covered by our warranty. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are promptly vacant on demand.The machine(s) you are going to buy compels a regular service. The covered service plan contains basic cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as general wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. It is necessary that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery in the preferred service period, or else your service guarantee will be invalid and ineffective. By using the barcode we honour our machines guarantee and assistance. This ensures your maximum benefit on both the servicing and resell of your machinery's.
