The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We give bounded trait warranty on the entire machinery, including any subsystem if not stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit equipment errors are covered by the trait guarantee. We are not liable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Accordingly aforementioned will not be covered by our guarantee. Of course, damages that aren't covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are gladly vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be needing a routine service. Standard ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost, reviewing and adjustment as well as common cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and ineffective if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, you should get your machine improved within every six month period, if we recommend that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
When a service is supplied at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Unless confirmed by management or included by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation including touring costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be made by you. The existing amount is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our workshop as well as your place, should you choose for us to go to you.Kindly seek an answer about call out as well as travel costs beforehand as those fees may change extent by extent without notice.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you just want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, or if you want to know if the appliance is fitted to operate optically. No fees will apply for the specialist we supply. Our experts will be able to advise if everything is in order or whether an alternative or further service or spares restoration is needed. Bookings should be made for reconstruction or hard labour function to be practised at your/our earliest convenience as no improvements or any such labour services will be done during servicing visits.Primary and/or extensive training courses are supplied through our premises for all machines we sell. When buying your machinery, first basic entry courses is enclosed in your investment, but more promoted training can be obtained after the primary course has been finished.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a different barcode. Analyze accordingly you will regularly be able to,in any way and at any term, check the machines warranty data and assistance history on our webpage or offline. We value our machines warranty and maintenance by using the barcode. Ultimate comfort are insured on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's.
