In which case licensed spares and accessories are being fitted on our machines and setup by our specialist or under our technician's supervision, quality assurance will be provided. Unless when pre-approved by the company, the quality guarantee will be null if spares or accessories has been fitted into 3rd party machinery or setup without our acknowledgement.
No fees be required for diagnosis and new spare parts or accessories installments for machines obtained from us. After the new service parts or components has been put together, our technician will make sure that your machinery is completely working and well tested. We may choose to supply technical services online or send a technician to provide technical support for 3rd-party machinery. We cannot however, oath which actions (if any) will be taken, or services (if any) will be provided by our experts regarding other company's machines.
If our technician remotely advises or prefers a extra restoration or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, and for unused or extra spare parts or components, we will provide you with a 100% repayment once you send the spare parts or components back in its genuine order.
Accommodation fees and travel costs will be charges should you wish that we go to your property for a spare- replacement or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, although a labour expenses will not be required. Clients are preferred to make all plans for the technician to be retrieved and sent back. The existing rate payable, should you wish for us to travel to you, is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our office and your property.
