We give a quality warranty for qualified spare parts and accessories sold except when the service parts or accessories is fitted on our machinery and setup by our technician or under our technician's supervision. The value guarantee is void if spares or accessories have been fitted into 3rd party machines or installed without our acknowledgment ( unless when approved by management ) .
Accessory or new repair parts fitments and diagnosis for machinery purchased from us is free. Our specialists will ensure that your machinery is fully functional and well certified after the new spare parts or associated equipment has been installed. For 3rd-party machines, we may prefer to give technical information online or send a technician to give technical services. We cant however, oath which steps (if any) can be taken, or information (if any) will be supplied by our technicians about competitors machinery.
If a remote suggestion for redundant - replacement or accessory add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for new or redundant spare or associated equipment is made by our technician, we will present the client with a complete reimbursement once you send the spare parts or associated equipment in its primary order.
A labour fee will not be requested should you desire that we travel to your establishment for a spare- reinstatement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be requested if suitable. Clients are preferred to make all adjustments for the specialist to be fetched and sent back. If you would choose for us to go to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our office and your property.
