In which case spares or accessories have been constructed into 3rd party machinery or setup without our acknowledgement, the quality guarantee will be null unless when pre-approved by management.
Diagnosis and new spare parts or accessories installments is free of charge for machinery sold by us. After the new spare parts or accessories have been installed by our expert, they will certify that the clients machines is perfectly operative and well certified. For competitors machines, we may propose to give technical services remotely or send a technician to supply technical support. Sadly, we cannot, when concerning other companies machines, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be provided by our technicians.
If our technician remotely advises or recommend a spare replacement or associated equipment add-on for machines that we have sold, including for new or redundant spare parts or accessories, we will provide you with a 100% remuneration once the client send the spare or accessories back in its genuine condition.
Would you choose that we travel to your property for a spare- replacement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour expenses, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if necessary. Clients are chosen to make all adjustments for the specialist to be picked up and sent back. The prevailing rate payable, should you choose for us to go to you, is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your place.
