We provide a worth guarantee for qualified spare parts and accessories sold except when the service parts or accessories is used on our machinery and installed by our specialist or under our specialist's supervision. The worth guarantee is void if spares or accessories has been constructed into other company's machinery or put together without our knowledge ( unless when approved by the company ) .
No costs be required for diagnosis and new spare parts or accessories installments for machines bought from us. After the new repair parts or associated equipment have been setup by our specialist, they will make sure that the clients machines is fully functional and well certified. Sending a specialist to supply technical assistance, or remotely supplying technical guidance may be chosen when in regarding to other companies machines. We cannot however, insurance which actions (if any) will be taken, or guidance (if any) will be supplied by our experts relating to other company's machines.
The client will be provided with a full repayment should our technician remotely suggest or proposes a redundant - replacement or accessory add-on for machinery that we have sold, including for unused or extra service parts or components as soon as the client send the spare parts or accessories back in its initial condition.
A labour fee will not be requested would you choose that we travel to your premises for a spare- reinstatement or add-on installment for machines that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be required if suitable. Plans are chosen to be made by the client for the technician to be retrieved and sent back. The existing amount payable, would you wish for us to come to you, is R 9.95/km amplified by the driving distance between our branch and your property.
