The quality guarantee is null if service parts or accessories has been constructed into other company's machines or put together without our acknowledgment ( except when pre-approved by the company ) .
No fees be required for diagnosis and new service parts or associated equipment fitting for machinery purchased from us. Our specialists will insure that your machines is 100% working and well certified after the new repair parts or components has been installed. Sending a technician to give technical assistance, or remotely supplying technical advice may be chosen when in relation to 3rd-party machines. Regretfully, we can't, when regarding other companies machines, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or guidance (if any) will be provided by our technicians.
If our technician remotely suggests or proposes a spare restoration or associated equipment add-on for machinery that we have sold, and for new or redundant spare parts or components, we will provide the client with a complete reimbursement once the client send the spares or components back in its original quality.
A labour fee will not be requested should you prefer that we go to your establishment for a spare- restoration or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, even though traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be required if applicable. We propose that you arrange for the specialist to get picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our warehouse and your establishment, is the current rate payable and applicable should you prefer for us to come to you.
