Accessory or new spares fitting and diagnosis for machinery bought from us is free of charge. After the new spare parts or accessories have been installed, our technician will certify that the clients machinery is 100% functional and well tested. For other companies machines, we may prefer to supply technical advice remotely or send a technician to provide technical services. When concerning other companies machinery, we cant guarantee which steps (if any) can be taken or what information (if any) would be supplied by our specialists.
If our specialist remotely suggests or prefers a spare restoration or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, as well as for brand new or extra spares or components, we will provide you with a 100% refund once the client send the spares or associated equipment back in its genuine condition.
Should you wish that we come to your property for a spare- restoration or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour costs, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if vital. Plans are chosen to be made by the client for the technician to be retrieved and sent back. R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our warehouse and your premises, is the existing rate payable and suitable should you choose for us to go to you.
