Quality Warranty: For the entire machinery, and each subsystem, we only supply limited trait guarantee lest stated any other way. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are readily vacant.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to obtain requires a routine service. Analyzing and adjustment, everyday cleaning , as well as common ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. It is necessary that your machinery is improved within the equal of twice that period, should you not service your machinery within the preferred service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable. Meaning, you should get your machinery serviced within every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a technician offers a service at your premises, it points to to a call-out. Lest approved by managers or included by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the instant of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation including traveling costs to your property, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if required. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be made by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the existing rate amplified by the driving distance between your property including our premises, should you prefer for us to go to you.Without notice, those costs may differ point by point, therefore generously seek an answer about call out including transport costs beforehand A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is perfect for you if you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machine for your contentment, or if you would like to know if the appliance is set to operate optimally. No costs will be implemented for the specialist we provide. You will be advised by our experts if an alternative or further maintenance or spare reinstatement is needed or whether everything is normal. Reservations should be made for repairs or hard labour work to be practised at your/our earliest convenience as no adjustments or any such labour services will be carried out during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
