Errors by cause of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We shall not be held responsible for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machinery. For this reason aforestated will not be covered by our guarantee. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan:
Service PlanThe machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be needing a regular service. Common ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as general cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. It is vital that your machinery is improved in the equal of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, or else your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective. This is to say, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every three months, you have to get your machinery rectified within every six month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee:
Call-out Service & FeeEvery time a service is supplied at your property by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be requested except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above named plans or confirmed by the managers. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Touring costs to your property and settlement if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out cost. The preparations for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are recommend to be carried out by you. R 9.95/km is the prevailing rate multiplied by the driving distance between your place and our warehouse, should you prefer for us to travel to you.Attentively analyze about call out including travel costs ahead of time as those costs may vary extent by extent without notice.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts):
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts)If you just would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility or want to find out if the appliance is set to operate optically, our service plan is here for you. There is no cost for the specialist we provide. Our technician will be able to supply you with guidance on whether an alternative or further assistance or spare restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. Sadly, no adjustments or intense labour operate will be done during a sustainment visit, but a booking should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest convenience.
If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course:
Training CoursePrimary and/or extensive training courses are supplied via our training centre for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be bought after the primary course has been completed nevertheless first primary entry courses is comprehended in your machinery purchase.
We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
