Unless when accepted by management, the worth guarantee will be null if spare parts or accessories has been fitted into competitors machinery or setup without our knowledge.
Associated equipment or new spares installments and diagnosis for machines purchased from us is free of charge. After the new spare or associated equipment has been setup, our experts will certify that the clients machinery is fully operational and well tested. For competitors machinery, we may recommend to offer technical advice remotely or send a technician to provide technical assistance. Regretfully, we can't, when regarding competitors machines, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be given by our technicians.
If our specialist remotely diagnoses or proposes a spare restoration or associated equipment add-on for machines that we have sold, including for unused or spare spares or accessories, we will present the client with a 100% reimbursement once the client send the spares or associated equipment back in its original order.
Should you desire that we go to your property for a spare- restoration or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour fee, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if required. We choose that you arrange for the technician to get picked up and sent back. The ongoing amount payable, should you choose for us to travel to you, is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our warehouse and your property.
