If a remote suggestion for extra - reinstatement or accessory add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for brand new or redundant spare parts or accessories will be made by our technician, we will supply you with a 100% reimbursement once the client send the service parts or accessories in its initial order.
A labour fee will not be requested would you choose that we come to your property for a spare- replacement or add-on fitments for machinery that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be charged if applicable.
