We supply a worth warranty for licensed service parts and accessories sold only when the spare parts or accessories is fitted on our machines and setup by our technician or under our technician's supervision. In which case spares or accessories have been constructed into competitors machines or setup without our consent, the quality warranty will be void unless when approved by the company.
No fees will apply for diagnosis and new spare parts or associated equipment fitting for machines obtained from us. Our technicians will ensure that your machines is fully operative and well tested after the new spares or components has been put together. For 3rd-party machines, we may prefer to give technical services online or send a expert to supply technical support. We cant however, insurance which steps (if any) would be taken, or advice (if any) will be supplied by our technicians about 3rd party machines.
If a remote recommendation for spare - replacement or associated equipment add-on for our machines that we have sold, or for unused or spare service parts or associated equipment must be made by our specialist, we will provide the client with a complete reimbursement once you send the spare or associated equipment in its primary quality.
A labour fee will not be required would you desire that we come to your premises for a spare- replacement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, although traveling expenses and accommodation fees will be required if suitable. We propose that you arrange for the specialist to get retrieved and sent back. R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our office and your premises, is the ongoing percentage payable and appropriate should you desire for us to travel to you.
